For the 6th time since 2019, The OneAuto Movement & RadOrDie Events held the OneLess Car Show and Food Drive. Due to heavy construction in the area, this was the first time since late 2019 that the event had full access to a nearby parking lot. This 2023 campaign featured over 150 vehicle registrations, two food vendors, and enough food and cash donations to exceed the $8,000 goal. The money combined with the food bagging event allowed the 2023 OneLess event to provide over 42,000 meals. This shattered the 2022 campaign and set an event record.

OneAuto continues to be dedicated to supporting activities with the Arizona Adventure Group and affiliates for the 2023 “March Hiking Challenge” benefiting “Arizona Natural Restorations” and the “Make It Count for Dani Foundation”.

3/18 Tempe Beach Concours

The 2023 Tempe Beach Concours, benefitting The Phoenix Children’s Hospital is in the books. This was the first year of the Tempe Beach Concours and hosted by Chris Lee of Modded Kulture and Aaron Forrester of Aaron’s Eccentric Garage. The event brought together an eclectic gathering of premium Asian, European, Domestic and Exotic cars and enthusiasts from around Arizona, California, New Mexico, and even a few vehicles drove all the way from Texas, all to benefit the Phoenix Children’s Hospital IBD program.

The OneAuto council supported the event by providing volunteer judges (Tim Eull & Jhae Pfenning) and vehicle participation via Tim, Jhae, Nikki Robinson and other OneAuto badged vehicles from around the state of Arizona. Tempe Mayor Corey Woods attended to voice his enthusiastic support for the event and presented trophies to all the award winners.

It was a great day and another excellent opportunity for the Arizona OneAuto Movement team to support a local premium event with a worthwhile cause.

The OneAuto Movement has partnered up with Arizona Adventure Group and Get Lost Xpeditions to host the first annual Arizona Natural Restorations Benefit to help raise money for local charity and 501.3(c) Natural Restorations. Join us at Goodyear Ballpark in Goodyear Arizona, spring training home of the Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Guardians.

oneLESS Car Show & Food Drive

Location: United Foodbank of Arizona - Volunteer Center, Mesa AZ

For the 5th oneLESS Car Show and Food Drive at the United Foodbank of Arizona, Street Side Classics (Arizona location) donated $500 toward the event shirts as the official event sponsor, joining the OneAuto Movement and RadOrDie events. The car community in attendance included some members of the Arizona NSX group, team AZ Elites was the only other car group, and the only actual car club to show up in force. None of the following could have been possible without the generous support of the AZ Elites members. Trophies were designed, assembled, and donated courtesy of D’zign Kulture. This is the 3rd year in a row that Phil Traverse of D’zign Kulture has made car show winner and donation winner trophies for this event.

For 2022, the bagging competition changed from a team vs team approach to doing two back-to-back time slots where any team could sign up to fill those respective slots. Instead of being timed head to head, each team of approximately 25 volunteers from around the car community and community in general kept tying food collection bags until six large boxes were full. Each box contained 100 donation food assembly bags for a total of 600 bags for the first assembly team.

The second assembly team ran out of bagged dry potatoes so the effort ended before 600 total bags could be assembled. However, between cash donations, dropped off physical food, and bag assembly, the 2022 effort was able to provide 17,952 meals!! This eclipsed the 2021 total by over 8,000 meals. The 2022 team had less participants. This almost matched the 2019 effort of just over 18,000 meals with about 60 volunteers and car teams going head to head to compete.

oneLESS Car Show & Food Drive

In a continued partnership with RadOrDie events, the OneAuto Movement community did the 4th oneLess event with the United Food Bank of Arizona. An effort to help create one less hungry child, one less hungry adult, and help feed families across Arizona.

Between cash, food, and donation bags assembled, this effort was enough to provide 9,712 meals to the community.
